Working from home? Get round the inconvenience of having to leave your work not once but twice to go drop and pick up your pooch from the groomers. Try dog grooming at home! Better for you and better for your dog too - they'll be so much more relaxed in their home environment.
Not everyone fancies a stranger in their house, making a mess!
That's cool. I live 2 minutes from Westfield in Shepherds Bush. So, if you'd rather drop your pooch off with me while you go shopping, restauranting or cinema-ing, then I can crack on with the dog grooming at (my) home.
And if you'd rather I deliver your dog back to you, that's not a problem (any excuse for a walk!)
I trained at the Groomarts Academy, generally regarded as one of the best in the country. In an intensive course, I learned all the intricacies of dog grooming and am ready to bring all that knowledge to make your pet look peachy.
All this has sprung from the fact that I wanted the best for my dog, Chester. (Look, he's in my logo!) It seems to be increasingly hard to get a grooming appointment, oftentimes it doesn't really suit and you don't always end up with what you want. I'll come to you, I'll listen to you and hopefully give you exactly what you want for your dog!
Not every dog is thrilled at the prospect being groomed, because of a terrible past experience or general nervousness . So, I can come to you and slowly introduce your dog to different aspects of grooming. We will go as slow as your dog wants to go and hopefully, we'll be able to break down some barriers. Starting price list below.
This involves a health check, nail and ear inspection, bathing, drying and brushing out, paw and pad trim, hygiene area, clipping and face work. Allow for about 3 hours.

This involves health check, bath and drying, hygiene areas, paw and pad trim and some minor scissoring to tidy up. Allow for 2.5 hours.
Health check, nail clip, ears, some basic tidy-ups and a good brush out at the end. Allow 1.5 hours.
One of the best things you can do for your pup is get them used to being groomed as early as possible with a nail clip, bath and dry session and a good old brush after. By starting early, they'll enjoy the experience. Any time after 10 weeks or after their second vaccination is a good time. And - something to do at home in the meantime - get them used to having their paws felt. It makes the nail cutting and pad trimming less traumatic for them. Allow 2.5 hours, depending on how wriggly they are!
This is all about going at the dog's own pace. Some sessions there might be some good progress, some not so much. The prices below are just a guide and will depend on how far we actually get in each session.
You can either make an enquiry about availability or pricing or anything else right here and I'll get back to you at the earliest opportunity. The plan is I'm here to work around you, not the other way around!
